Activity report

The Chair of Child Pain Universitat Rovira i Virgili - Grünenthal Foundation will be created by the Consell de Govern of the Universitat on July 16, 2015 and presented at societat on September 17, 2015. The Chair of Child Pain is created by a promourer l 'I studied the tractament of child pain and it is the only one with this characterizes that exists in Spain, and of the few in the world who devote their efforts to childhood pain. It has a multidisciplinary group of professionals worried and busy in improving the quality of life of young people with pain, and that of their families.

Currently there are 7 projects that are carried out from the Chair, related to the evaluation and treatment of childhood pain. These projects have the financial support of different agents, both public and private: Grünenthal Foundation, Obra Social de La Caixa, Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, and Rovira i Virgili University. However, we have the help and support of individuals interested in helping to achieve the objectives of the Chair, who contribute their donations.
